On Thursday, October 23rd, Champion High School welcomed Dental Assistant Josefina McKinnon, who shared her inspiring story of growing up in Brockton and finding her path in the dental health field. Josefina spoke about the training and dedication it takes to become a dental assistant and highlighted local programs at Southeastern Regional that prepare students to become dental assistants or medical aides. Students appreciated her powerful message that it’s never too late to find the career you truly want and left feeling motivated to explore opportunities in healthcare.

BPS will once again be conducting voluntary social-emotional learning screenings for students in grades 3-12.

Families who attend Champion High School's open house on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 5-7 p.m. will be eligible to enter the free gift basket raffle.
